Hello!

As our musical expedition is proceeding into the uncharted territories of human mind and necromantic arts, we have decided
to close the current heartagram.com website. If you have something you wish to keep from the vaults, such as photos,
artwork etc, now is the time to make your move!

We would also like to thank all you dear people for visiting our site and making it a wondrous and vibrant haven of thoughts,
ideas, curiosity and creativity. As someone once said: "fear not!". This is not the death of heartagram.com, merely a savage
and creepy mutation..indeed it is our plan to provide you renewed online euphoria at some point in near future once the tail of
the elusive sonic dragon is firmly in our grasp!

Stay safe, you will hear from us again when you least expect it!

With love&respect,

Mz & HIM
I watch as your eyes show off for mine
I watch as your eyes show off

Come on, people, relax - the website was always reconstructed when a new album was coming. And soon before it was relaunched, it was dead for a while. I think it's going to happen again, that's all. Hope the new album will kick ass - the last two ones were really great!

Ah. Had no idea about that. Any ideas on "why" they're doing it?

I suppose they need to update the site's layout to reflect that of the upcoming album. Also, the site is still managed by Sire (which effectively means it's not managed at all), so the guys simply have to make a new version of it so that it's alive again. Not to worry!

I think it's exciting, it shows that they're finally going to be doing something new with the site. It's been pretty dead for a while, so it would be nice to have it freshened up again. I just hope it doesn't take too long or I'll start going through withdrawals. -.-

I just hope that whatever they're going to do with it they won't do it for the sake of just getting it done. In other words, getting a site out is not good enough, it needs continuous updating. At least for me, heartagram.com hasn't really been a well-updated site... and that's why I haven't visited in a long long time (and therefore I might not really be the right person to comment on that site anyway).

Yeah, it seems all the HIM forums have been pretty quiet lately. I'm hoping the new one will be quite busy. :)

yup, so the site has now officially gone dead. all you get is a heartagram with a pronunciation guideline. i guess it's still better this way - at least you know something new is coming instead. seeing the same old Scared to Death video for the millionth time was really getting me down.

Hello!
since Razorblade Romance that the band or the maneging changed and accurate the site with a cover of the new album and new artwork.
I didn't like this last one, for me since they change label for the american one and leave BMG that all they´re doing is full of crap, it's like they forgot Europe, with that jackass friends and all.
I miss HIM from 1999 till 2003, after Love Metal I think the band loose a bit of their way
but this is only my opinion, here in Porto (Portugal) lots of guys think the same way and I know people that even stop buying the albuns because of the americanized style
hope HIM return to their roots and awesome music they did specially the album R.R.
thanx for let me be part of this club

I never was on the site much but this week I randomly went on the site to check out some new news and I found out that It was closed!! :o At first I was soo scared that maybe the band stopped existing but then I went to check enciklopedia and was soo relieved that they still exist!! But I agree with some people that already wrote here that they prefered the old H.I.M more!!! I mean I like there new music too...but Itīs just not the same...Even my dad said that there old music style was better than the new one!! I really hope that they will go back to the old style!! Cause thatīs the music they need to continue making!! But Im really excited for the upcoming album and tour!!! :D I gotta feeling that the new album will kick ass!!

They won't change their style into what it was in the days of RR, because that would mean going back into the past and no band wants that. The change of style is natural and means progress - they would become boring repeating RR over and over again. One thing is for sure - each of their albums is different form the rest and so will be the new one.

Depends on what you understand by progress. Personally, I think they devolved. *is being a smart-ass*

Personally, I enjoy Screamworks as much as RR, as if the earlier were the latter's modern chapter 2. Very similar vibe. Quite the same with VD and Greatest Lovesongs. Hope they don't mess up the new material like they did with Deep Shadows and Dark Light. Certainly no high points in they career to me.

Indeed, Screamworks was better than DL and VD. *sigh*
