i need some help with my tickets

i'm trying to buy these tickets online and it says i need a promocode......and it's for this band.....it suggested i sign up for the fanclub (which i've obviously and inevitably done) so now what?

Where do you try to buy them and for which gig? Just out of curiosity. So you registered at Heartagram and still haven't got your code? Can't help you cause I haven't heard of this kind of thing, but maybe the HIMclubbers who're also regsitered at Heartagram can help you out :)
