Apparently Ville was wearing a 'Mercy Fvcks' t-shirt at Download and as well as that the issue of Metal Hammer with Disturbed on the cover had a mention of the same t-shirt, which the editor himself was wearing in a picture.

What is the deal with this alleged new side project of Ville Valo's?!

In his last interview in Gurten Ville was asked to sideprojects and he said, there are none.

All well, still don't know what this might sound like although in that Googled link the mention of a band with said name from Pennsylvania in the US makes me think there is some kind of Bam Margera connection to all this.
