The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

| 1: | Use English only. No slangy spellings please -- non-native speakers often have trouble decoding non-standard spelling. |
| 2: | Follow proper netiquette (treat each other respectfully; no flaming etc.). |
| 3: | Ensure that your new topics are in the correct forum. |
| 4: | Don't post big pics that cause pages to load slower (exception: "HIM Pictures"-Forum). If using an animated picture as your avatar or signature, make sure that its file size is not bigger than 200 kBytes. |
| 5: | Keep your signature simple and small. No big pictures. (Altogether 500x200px maximum, preferably smaller.) |
| 6: | No spamming + no flooding + no advertising/promotion (this includes: no website/community promotion) + no eBay announcements + no all-CAPS-postings (neither on the board nor via PM/e-mail). |
| 7: | Only one account per person. |
| 8: | Don't break any law. This includes (but is not limited to): Don't request/post illegal audio files (e.g., MP3s) or video files; don't request/post links to such files or to sites offering them. (Files whose downloading/streaming has been authorized by the copyright holder are OK to request and post.) If you are not sure whether your link is official or not, ask a moderator or administrator of HIMclub to verify it before you post it. |
| 9: | Don't spread unfounded rumors and don't violate anyone's privacy (this includes: don't gossip endlessly about the band's friends and relatives). |
| 10: | Don't post any material which is not suited for younger members (e.g. vulgar, obscene or sexually oriented content). (Note that the moderating team is the sole judge of what is too salacious.) |
